I asked John Campbell to do a review of our home owners, auto, and umbrella insurance policies. I wanted a comparison done to see if we could get the same coverage at a lower cost with another insurance company. To do this comparison on my own would not have been possible without a lot time and effort. I am absolutely recommending John Campbell with The Brokerage Insurance Group, John and his team did a comparison with 15 other insurance companies. John found out that our current coverage was favorably priced. John also took the time to let me know what changes we should make on our policies to have better coverage in case of an event. I had been with my previous insurance company for several years and did not have any issues with them. I was not looking to change, and was pretty adamant I would not change companies. During that time I did not check pricing, I just assumed I was getting pretty good rates. John kept asking me to let him give me quotes just to see if he could find a better price. He ended up finding cheaper auto AND home premiums, and also got me better coverage! Needless to say I made the switch and couldn't be happier. I also appreciate emails I recieve from The BIG from time to time with helpful hints we can use. When we had the big freeze last winter they sent out an email with how to prevent pipes from freezing. I have worked with Rob within the Insurance Industry for years, not only personally on my own Insurance (Home/Auto/Other), but also referring him to my Real Estate clients as well. His service and responsiveness is unmatched, and he really takes the time to understand your needs and go through options with you to make the best fit. Insurance is a must, but can be very complicated to the rest of us, and he and his team do an amazing job at explaining things, presenting the best options and executing the plans! He and his team are also great to work with when you do have an issue and need to submit a claim and work through that process. We have been with Jarrett Schinbeckler for our insurance needs for many years. He was with another insurance company and when he left, as soon as we were able, I closed my accounts there and followed him to The Brokerage Insurance Group. I had a great experience working with Rob to acquire insurance for our building for 2026. We have had a major problem getting the right insurance since we had a large claim in 2024. Rob was able to get what we needed after working extremely hard with many insurance companies. He had the knowledge to understand what we needed and how we could get it. I would recommend Rob and his company to anyone who is having a difficult time getting insurance. I am a commercial banker and Holly is one of the most educated, creative commercial/business insurance experts I've met. I have sent her some very difficult requests and she treats each one with the professionalism and attention to detail that the clients need. She knows the laws, the requirements, and specific requirements about certain business types that could potentially save a business. I have never used an insurance broker before but decided to give them a try after receiving a rate increase from my old insurance company. Jarrett is amazing! We just moved to Colorado and needed new home and car insurance. He is fast, efficient, and works hard for his clients! He goes the extra mile!
