I had been with my previous insurance company for several years and did not have any issues with them. I was not looking to change, and was pretty adamant I would not change companies. During that time I did not check pricing, I just assumed I was getting pretty good rates. John kept asking me to let him give me quotes just to see if he could find a better price.
